Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay. I specifically chose this hotel and paid extra for the advertised view shown on the website. However, instead of the promised view, my room overlooked a construction site with ongoing works.
When I raised this issue with reception, the only response I received was a brief apology, with no effort made to offer an alternative room or any form of compensation. I felt that the room I received did not match what was advertised and what I had paid for.
Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I do not feel I received value for the additional amount I paid.
