Staff were helpful when other guests I was travelling with had an issue with their room and needed to change.
chaos at the entrance with several guests with vehicles trying to get in.
Parking is very tight for anything above a regular/medium sedan.
Link provided for parking across the street at a cheaper rate did not work.

Location and comfortable place
The brick wall next to us and breakfast was a little disappointing
I liked the location, the breakfast and the friendly staff.
I didn't like the bed as it was two singles pushed together and not a complete bed, the divider in the middle stopped us from enjoying a good night sleep together.
The location was perfect straight across from the gabba as we were there for the Qclash, room was clean, bed was extremely comfortable. The room was exactly what we needed for our stay and the staff were nice.
The room smelt like stale smoke, there was no dishwasher liquid in the room to do dishes, not enough toilet paper, no tea towel or dish cloth to wash or dry dishes and no plug for the sink.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Sheets had holes in them and the matters had rips in them.

Paying 490 for an accessible room. No carpet, no lounge. No benches in bathroom. Not given the one pictured when I booked. The man that booked us in wasn't very approachable. Finally a lady moved us but still not the room I booked. Will not be staying there again!! Ripped off

The location was great for footy, easy to find and very clean, room was big and bed super comfy. Staff were really lovely and friendly. Perfect for the one night stay.
No parking, (not property’s fault but the construction that started at 6.30am on a Saturday was terrible and the traffic was very loud) the room we booked was not what we got. We got a disabled acceptable room which we didn’t need and the shower water goes everywhere and with no where to put your clothes in bathroom was a little annoying. We didn’t stay for breakfast as the reviews weren’t great so didn’t want to waste our time incase it wasn’t good but if we stay again in the future we will try breakfast.
