Loved the friendly and efficient staff and honestly would have loved to stay for another night!
Pros:

Great location for our conference as we were able to walk to and fro.

Cons:

Nothing due to the Hotel but the streets are very noisy and ambulance sirens did wake us up a few times but that is out of the hotels control.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone
Pros:

Close to where we needed to be, the staff were amazing we got there early and our room wasn’t ready which was all good we were happy to wait but instead of keeping us waiting they upgraded us and everything was really nice and clean

Didn't enjoy my stay

Cons:

Having g to move rooms due to a broken cupboard. Not once was it advertised as extremely noisy due to sirens and traffic all night being g on side thorofare to hospital no cooking facilities. Hard to get ubers/cabs due to location of entry. Staff was originally very rude to me being g vision impaired a d wanted too much information unnecessarily. Overall I just wouldn't go back sadly.

Pros:

The staff were lovely and the location of restaurant was perfect. Its usually at a bottom level but being top level was lovely. The bathroom tiles were eye catching and great bathroom.

Cons:

Our room windows were all shadowed and the exterior of the building wasn't appealing. It was not expected to pay for hot breakfast but was cheap and delicious.
