Great stay in Mexico City
Pros:

Clean, good location with friendly staff. Oscar and Marco in particular were very helpful and welcoming.

NO PRIMEIRO DIA, ACORDEI CEDO FUI AO BANHEIRO E AO SAIR, NÃO ACOSTUMADA COM O DEGRAU, VIREI COMPLETAMENTE MEU PÉ DIREITO, TIVE QUE IR PRA O HOSPITAL E COLOCAR UMA BOTA E FICAR DE CADEIRA DE RODAS DURANTE TODA A VIAGEM. IA FICAR 11 DIAS , ANTECIPEI MINHA VOLTA, FIQUEI SÓ UMA SEMANA. O QUE EU MAIS QUERIA ERA VISITAR AS PIRÂMIDES E SUBIR NELAS, MAS É CLARO QUE NÃO FOI POSSÍVEL.

Sketchy Billing Policies - Lots of Other Options in CDMX
Pros:

Good location. Recent renovation helps with street noise.

Cons:

Absolutely atrocious billing policies. Refused to issue IVA factura for reservations made with 3rd party. Said the hotel decided to adopt this policy. No other hotel in Mexico has used this factura policy. I can’t help but wonder if it pads the bottom line of this hotel. Will never stay again and do not recommend. Shame on you, IHG

Loved it!!!!
Pros:

The hotel is in an amazing area full of parks and greenery! Condesa is definitely one of my favorite neighborhoods (and fyi has some of the best bakeries in the world)! The hotel itself provides comfortable rooms and exceptional service! The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable! The staff were very friendly and willing to accommodate me! It also offers a gym and breakfast!

Gran lugar por su ubicación
Pros:

En general es una gran ubicación, excelente amenidades, desayuno de calidad y gran personal. La zona super confortable y a 3 cuadras de donde se toman los autobuses de Ride2ride del ticketmaster.

Cons:

En general todo bien, creo es un gran servicio por ubicación, precio y amenidades.
