Inflexibilidade dos funcionários e da rede. Fiz a reserva errada e 10 min após solicitei a modificação. Não foi aceito. Infelizmente não há um customer service adequado para avaliar a demanda do cliente.

Decent place to stay in excellent area.
Pros:

Room was smaller than expected as was the gym area. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. Busy street noises are kept out by excellent quality windows. It's great to be close to Parque Mexico in a name brand hotel, but it's a bit overpriced for the amenities offered.

Cons:

Tiny room size.

Perfect location (really), very clean room and facilities, kind staff, good cost/benefit.

Cons:

The hotel is near a large avenue, so a lot of ambulance and police sirens sounding at night. Breakfast could have more diversity.

We were in the city for the F1 race. It was close to the track and the airport. Nice neighborhood.

Si están haciendo una remodelación mayor no Deberían alquilar habitaciones, es Molesto para el huésped
Además trabajan desde las 9 am hasta la 18:00 hrs , el ruido es insoportable, además del polvo que deja la mano de obra .

I loved the experience at this hotel.

Cons:

They were building, there was noise but they finished at the time you returned from the hotel, it did not affect the stay.

When we went it was very cold, it would be good if they put carpet on the floor, it is a suggestion.
