Pros:

Super confortable avec une bonne climatisation, proche du centre.

Cons:

Nous avons eu une inondation dans notre logement, bien faire attention de ne pas laisser ses vêtements sur le sol en cas de forte pluie! Les chiens font également un peu de bruit le matin et le soir

Cons:

Was a bit far from the center and beach to walk. But with TukTuk only 2min drive. Breakfast was ok, but after 2 weeks travelling I guess we got spoiled a bit in other places 😉

We had the best time!
Pros:

We loved staying at Harmony Park so much that we stayed for longer than our original booking! The family who run Harmony Park are so lovely, helpful and kind. We had our best breakfast yet here (the most delicious fresh mango ever!) - we wish we could have stayed even longer. The location for us was fantastic, a short walk off the main Hiriketiya Road (roughly 5 minutes stroll from the beach). We had a nice seated area outside with a table and chairs on the ground floor but also had access to the balcony on the first floor where we could sit and read in a hanging chair or enjoy a break from the sun at the table and chairs. Each room comes with a net over the bed which is always a great startand a ceiling fan. We really loved staying here and couldn't recommend this great place enough.

Cons:

Nothing! Harmony Park is great value, fab location and wonderful hosts!

The homestay is perfect. The room is cozy, with a fan, comfortable bed and mosquito net (tent). The shared terrace is amazing, with hammocks, tables and chairs a lot of flowers. The shared bathroom is clean and spacious and also offers hot water. The shared kitchenette is enough. The family is amazing, kind and nice. I extended my staying because it was like being home. Really Harmony Park. If I will be in future in Hiri, I will go here. Thank you for everything.

Comfy, easy.
Pros:

Hammocks on the balcony.
I stayed in a big room with big windows. It felt spacious.
Kind family.
I booked for 2 nights and extended to 3 weeks.
A little bit out of the centre but a lovely walk back, seeing the stars and fireflies at night. Very safe area. Cheaper than hostels in the centre would be.
Breakfast for 500LKR was a nice touch.
No dogs barking at night which i hear is pretty universal in the centre!

Cons:

A little more furniture in the room would have gone a long way - it does feel frustrating having to unpack all over the floor.
The bathroom was shared between multiple rooms and couples so sometimes was in use.
Wifi often stopped working and son was the only one who seemed to know how to fix it, but if he was around (he usually was) he would fix it.
Often someone would be burning plastic near the house so sometimes I would have to leave the balcony area and go in and shut the window.
But really it was great and I would return again!

Very friendly owners and dog!
Nice to have a kettle and a place outside to chill.
Especially loved the mosquito net which was more structured than others, really helpful.
They let us check out late too, and borrow an umbrella!

Pros:

Wonderful host family. Beautiful common space for the guests on the second floor. Flowers and plants all around. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Clean bathroom. I booked one night then I decided this is the best place for me in Hiriketiya so I booked more days. Nice and calm neighborhood too.

Pros:

The place is very clean. Stuff is friendly. There is nice terrace with hammocks. And very good location.

Cons:

We where expecting to have room with 2 double beds, but in the end it was 2 rooms. Owner was friendly and helped to solve misunderstanding. But be aware that there is only bedrooms with one bed and bathroom is shared.

Great guesthouse. Nice family. Tasty breakfasts.
Pros:

Beautiful guesthouse run by a lovely family. This is a very comfortable place to stay, with great hammocks and delicious breakfasts. The location is great because it’s between Hiriketiya and Blue Beach (which is a better beach, crystal waters and great snorkeling) and just 5 mins to Hiriketiya high street and coffee shops (locos).

They opened this year, therefore, I think I am their first review. Like me, the other guests here came for two nights and stayed two weeks. Come and meet the family!
