Pros:

They are frauds. I booked a room and paid full amount then someone called and said there is some electricity issues and we can transfer your booking to our another branch and I agree with them but when we reach there the staff rudely saying that there is no booking or transfer case on your name.. and the guys who shared details of my stay were disappear and then I received a msg that my booking were in different locations.. as being an outsider it was very disappointing and harrassment.. please don't book this bulshit unprofessional chain..

When I mailed them all the proofs they are silent now.. a big big Fraud company

Horrible Experience and no local support
Pros:

This property does not exist, and instead, there is another property called Supreme Regency. The ownership of Supreme Suites has already been taken over by Supreme Regency. Therefore, they do not honor bookings for Supreme Suites. This happened to me and my family, and we had to move to another hotel. This hotel should be removed from the booking.com profile to prevent other people from experiencing the same problems as my family and me. Horrible experience.

Pros:

That Hotel changed its name about three months ago; that’s what the lady at the Front Desk said.

She also said - my wife and I DID NOT HAVE ANY RESERVATION, despite the fact that we paid the Full Amount on November 19.

In addition, she and another guy said - they don’t deal with booking.com. Given that, they refuted that I paid any money to them. In other words, the money I paid on November 19, they didn’t receive that money. They suggested me to contact you guys (booking.com) to find out who received that money…
