Pros:

Rien . En accord avec la dame nous ne sommes pas restés et avons trouvé un autre hotel.

Cons:

Un cauchemar pour trouver. Un bâtiment au milieu de chantiers dans une rue salle avec même des lunettes de toilette devant le portail. Assez loin du centre. Un endroit sale. A notre arrivée la porte fenêtre ne fermait pas donc la dame nous dit qu'elle va nous préparer une autre chambre...on attend une demie heure et on la voit nettoyer avec de l'eau noire dans un seau...affreux!! La deuxième chambre porte compliquée a fermer et surtout chasse d'eau cassée donc pas d'eau dans les toilettes.... Odeurs de cuisine écoeurante qui rentre dans les chambres....trop c'était trop.. nous sommes partis...c'est la première fois que cela nous arrive !!! Et surtout cela n'a pas eu l'air de déranger la dame !!!

In an área of new construction, unpaved bumpy road, no hooks for hanging towels and clothes in bathroom, a bit far from Centro if you're walking, Windows really need cleaning.

UNA PERSONA ENCARGADA DE LIMPIEZA VIVIENDO CON EL HIJO QUE QUIEN SABE QUIEN ES, POR SEGURIDAD DE MIS NIÑOS Y MIS PAPAS ADULTOS MAYORES NO FUIMOS A LA HORA DEL CHECK IN, REGRESENME MIS 1, 1500 DLS NO ES JUSTO QUE NO NOS QUEDAMOS Y LA PROPIETARIA NO QUIERA DAR LA CARA NI POR WHATSAPP. PONEN EL TELEFONO DE LA PROPIETARIA EN LA PAGINA Y ES LA DE LA EMPLEADA DOMESTICA. Caro como un hotel promedio sin los servicios de un hotel promedio..
Pros:

Las camas y las almohadas muy cómodas son lo más rescatable del lugar. El acceso y la seguridad del lugar también buenos..

Cons:

El costo demasiado elevado para lo que proporciona el hospedaje. Sin complementos de limpieza , solo un rollo en el baño sin shampoo ni jabón, sin aseo de la habitación en. 3 días...en general no valía el precio...

Pros:

Los anfitriones son super amables y atentos. Fue un gran placer quedarnos como huéspedes de una estancia familiar. La alberca está perfecta para niños pequeños también. Además la ubicación tiene acceso a todo de forma rápida.

Tal cual las fotos todo super limpio y la señora isabel y su hijo super atentos lo recomiendo mucho a unas cuadras de la avenida principal de la laguna puedes cocinar ahi .... gracias por todo exelente estancia

Proche de tout (en taxi 15 min de los rapidos et des lagunes)
Les propriétaires habitent dedans donc ils sont là en permanence

Cons:

Pas très chaleureux
L'endroit lui même n'est pas très rassurant mais comme énoncé plus ils vivent là et tout est cadenassé donc ça va
Par contre, ils sont indifférents aux hôtes, ils n'hésitaient pas à faire du bruit ou des travaux ou autres avant même que l'on soit réveillé.... et je parle de 6h/7h ...
On a demandé à laver le linge et la plupart des habits ont déteint pour une machine à 5€ pour quelques habits seulement
Une des chambres n'avait pas d'eau chaude
Et seulement 2 serviettes pour 3 personnes

Great host, Very friendly, speaks English, Facilities were excellent, Great pool, Aesthetically beautiful inside and out, fenced and gated property. Plenty space, Would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay for a couple or family.
Pros:

My partner and I stayed a few days in this property and I was very delighted with how clean, spacious and beautiful the place is. We also felt very safe and secure here at all times during our day. My favorite part of the place was the pool and the bar area. It was simply perfect. This is also a great stay for families. Excellent restaurants nearby which was a huge plus. Highly recommended.

Cons:

I wish I could’ve known about this place sooner.
