Cons:

My given room there was not attached bathroom. Bathroom is separate. The fan of the A.C. only working but A.C. is not working. So there is no effective cooling. In Hotel there was not cafeteria. In Room Kettle was kept for hot water purpose but not supplying Cup, Soccer and Tea Kit. In Room no glass kept for drinking water.
Before check in time they demand extra money to enter into the Room.

Seems staffs don't want to grow and attact more guest. They seemed just doing their job for salary not for the betterment of the property. Or may be owner just told them to lied and kept the fee high.

Cons:

Before telling the fee your staffs should know how the online booking systems are offering fees. You can not lied and thugs all the costumers.
