missing lots of stars, absoluty not a 5 star hotel. wannabe spa will not save you. dirty towels, asked for change them, get only the half back. sticky table. scamed bij the roomservice, contact with the hotel was no succes. get waked in de morning by knocking group sleepers, very stupid desition to put my room middle of the group sleepers. not a confortable dedeman maybe the worst one. absolutly not recomemending

First room they gave me was facing the highway and terribly noisy, impossible to be there. Then they changed me to a patio facing room. There was super loud music from the hotel bar that is heard on the 4th floor rooms. Restaurant is bad and expensive, worst club sandwich ever! My friend had to send his noodles back! Breakfast is a complete mess, most of food was not available, no tea cups...
Breakfast is a bit limited (assuming 5* hotel) but in general OK.
Also noise in the room from the road could be lower

Actually one of the best hotel i have ever stayed in in terms of value for money for the services provided, clean, comfortable beds and pillows really comfortable, breakfast buffet, nice lobby, many parking spots, dont hasitate go head and book

elevator smells like swimming pool and it's humid inside.
Hotel inside are hot and humid they have A/C BUT THEY WON'T OPEN THEM, walking through the hall ways you will hate your self from the humidity.
Now for room :), yes the decoration is elegant and 5 star looks but it's far from that, A/C is hot won't cool enough i changed to 3 room to get a better A/C and i found the best of the worst on the 3rd room.
Basin and shower water pressure is very low i also asked them to fix it but nothing changed.
In conclusion worst hotel i ever stayed in.
