The breakfast was good, rooms were nice and the personel was helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious.
When we arrived, they said they gave our rooms to other guests and they “down graded “ our rooms. After a long conversation, they agreed to upgrade our rooms and they did. This upgrade needed to be done without my warning or insist. This is how it should be in a five star hotel.
There is lots of room for improvement in general. For example The coffee in the breakfast needs to be improved. They said they finished the milk in the morning when I asked for milk for my coffee. It’s the weirdest thing to hear that the milk finishes in a five star hotel.
The spa area needs to be taken care of in a better way. Unfortunately it was not cleaned enough. There was a huge bug in the spa area.

Το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν το μεσημέρι ήταν αγενεστατο.
Η πισίνα οντως υπάρχει αλλα χρεώνεται εξτρα απο το δωμάτιο ακριβά γιατι ήταν μικρή και βρώμικη

Pæn Hotel, god morgenmad, aftensmad muligheder menuen var meget alkohol orienteret end mad, menuen var ikke mangfoldig men det mad der blev serveret smagte godt det skal de have ros for. Rigtig god senge, god dyne og hovedpude det betyder meget for mig da en god nattesøvn afhænger af disse forhold.
Jeg er godt klar over, at det ikke var hotellets skyld, at en fuld hotelgæst klokken 1 om natten stod og bankede på en værelsesdør i halvanden time. Det må have været konen, kæresten eller hvem det nu var, der ikke ville lukke ham ind. Men én ting kunne hotellets personale have gjort anderledes: De kunne have grebet ind, så det ikke fik lov til at fortsætte i halvanden time. De kunne enten have smidt ham ud eller på anden måde sørget for, at hans opførsel stoppede.
Til sidst måtte jeg selv tage affære. Jeg stod på 3. sal og måtte råbe ned til gæsten, at nu måtte det stoppe, ellers ville jeg komme ned til ham. Det er en situation, som slet ikke burde kunne opstå på et hotel af den standard, og det burde bestemt ikke være mig som gæst, der skulle gribe ind.
Jeg havde brug for min nattesøvn, så jeg kunne være frisk til min næste destination, men den fik jeg desværre aldrig. Det var især ærgerligt, fordi jeg ellers havde rost sengen og opholdet så meget. Derfor var det en rigtig kedelig afslutning på et ellers godt ophold.

missing lots of stars, absoluty not a 5 star hotel. wannabe spa will not save you. dirty towels, asked for change them, get only the half back. sticky table. scamed bij the roomservice, contact with the hotel was no succes. get waked in de morning by knocking group sleepers, very stupid desition to put my room middle of the group sleepers. not a confortable dedeman maybe the worst one. absolutly not recomemending
