Magical place , hard to put into words how beautiful it is !
Pros:

Loved everything about this place !! It’s more of an Eco Stay away from the hustle and bustle of Hikkaduwa. You look at Rathgama Lake from your bed . Squirrels running through the trees while having breakfast , the massive water monitors cruising past , to amazing fireflies at night . lol Think spent about 3 hours in pool having a few drinks watching them .
Place is surrounded by nature and wildlife .
Uthum , Andrew and Prasad perfect hosts … couldn’t do enough for me …. Even got to paddle out to other side of lake on their outrigger boat .

Cons:

What I didn’t like … Was having to leave !!
Didn’t want to go .
I’m rebooking to go back in a week or so after Kandy and booked tours . Wish had found this place earlier .

Clean and picturesque

Beach of course is not at walking distance but easy to take a taxi.

There are two small houses, so good for big families or group of friends

Pros:

Отличный вариант для спокойного отдыха. Чисто, тихо, комфортно, никого вокруг. Хороший бассейн с теплой чистой водой. Если есть желание выбраться на пляж, персонал с удовольствием вызовет тук-тук. Завтраки были вкусные.

Cons:

Было бы здорово организовать место хранения для одежды в домиках

Pros:

Провели в этом месте прекрасные 5 дней.
Комплекс состоит из двух домиков, нами были забронированы оба, что придавало еще больше приватности для отдыха на берегу лагуны.
Один из домов чуть меньшего размера, но зато есть своя персональная джакузи, а второй дом даже со вторым ярусом ( без джакузи).
Есть прекрасный, просторный и чистый бассейн, откуда открывается вид на лагуну.
В отдельном доме для персонала находится шеф повар, который готовит завтрак и накрывает его для вас в тени деревьев ( помимо завтрака он может приготовить и другие блюда за доп. плату, банановые панкейки были прекрасны).
Это место расположено вдали от шума дорог, в глубине Хиккадувы, в 4 км от пляжа Наригама. Для нас это наоборот было плюсом, т.к. хотелось тишины, приватности и звуков джунглей вокруг ( всегда может вызвать тук-тук при желании, с этим нет проблем).
Очень отзывчивый и приветливый персонал, всегда готовый помочь.
Организовали нам по нашему желанию прогулку на каяках по лагуне с отправлением сразу от домиков. Отправление было на рассвете и это было фантастически красиво.

Дома лучше бронировать сразу оба только для своей компании, чтобы получить еще больший комфорт от времени, проведенного в лагуне, так как территория не такая большая, может быть не так комфортно с другими гостями рядом.

Это место подойдет тем, кто не любит жить в туристической части Хиккадувы, а ценит тишину и уединение с природой вокруг❤️

Perfect facility for honeymoon or normal weekend stay for a couple. Owner and the staff were very friendly. And they offer some extra activities like boat riding for affordable price.

The property is placed exactly by the banks of the river so immediately as you enter you get an amazing view!

Cons:

We booked the family room for a group of 4 friends. The Cabana has only one bathroom since it is mostly meant for a family (parents plus kids) so I think it would be ideal for family than a group of friends

Really good value for money
Pros:

It was located in an edge of the lagoon. Location was superb and quiet. Ideal for those who seeks for quietness and serenity. Room and bathroom was clean and ample space for 4 people. The staff was friendly and food was good. Really good value for money.

Cons:

Try to fix the broken bathroom door lock. The way now was ok, but not nice.
