We loved that our room had a separate area with tatami mats. The staff went above and beyond, helping us with luggage transfers and offering recommendations for food and drink
Although it was great that we had a washing machine in the room, the instructions for it could have been clearer.
This hotel is lovely. In a great location, really close to a subway and bus stops, and to a 7-11, walking distance from fancy shops and an amazing food market, but hidden in a quiet street.The rooms are lovely, with a blend of western and traditional. It's really useful to have a washing machine!
The room is really spacious and well thought out and has it's own living room area with lots of cupboard space and a tea set as well as a coffee drip.
The staff are amazing! They went above and beyond when our luggage was forwarded to the wrong hotel. They also grind coffee beans for the guests every morning. They patiently put up with my rubbish Japanese skills too.
Little hard to dry laundry but apart from that it's lovely. Would definitely stay here again!
Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The staff was extremely competent, professional, and welcoming, and they were able to assist us both in Japanese and in very good English. They took the time to show us everything in the apartment, which made the whole experience very reassuring and pleasant.
The apartment itself was perfect: clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a lovely traditional touch thanks to the tatami room. Everything matched the listing exactly, so there were no bad surprises at all.

The trash is not collected everyday and it seems that I need to clean the bathtub during my stay. Maybe that’s what it is but I would expect a notice in advance. Anyway the hiccups won’t impact my full score for the wonderful family-style hotel!
Spacious, hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Helped to plan a surprise as well and made bookings to restaurants.
