Pros:

Check in and check out was simple, easy to get in contact with.

Cons:

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment with balcony, got an apartment with no balcony and just one bedroom.
Not worth the price for that big cut...
Only got that change told once we asked about the second locked room an the balcony

Nearly perfect!
Pros:

Felt very homey, located in a very convenient location, and was able to get into the room right away!

Cons:

The traffic noise can be heard early in the morning coming from the street outside. FYI: No instant water heater available for warm showers.

Pros:

The place is clean and worth for the money i paid,the host is very accommodating and easy to deal with,will definitely be back in the future trip to Naga.

Cons:

During our stay we encountered one security (night shift)he’s a bit rude and not friendly but the facility and the whole thing is amazing
