Pros:

This was a great budget spot. We stayed in a lot of places that costed ten times as much, but my kids said this was their favorite spot. There was a nice cafe with delicious chai less than five minutes walk away and a shop where we bought snacks and drinks. The location was great and lovely view from the hotel. It was a nice place to relax before our flight the next morning. The owner ordered a cab and dinners for us which was nice as well.

The behaviour of the owner.. He's very respectful, humble..i liked the rooms, balcony, view

Cons:

In front of the hotel there no light in the road. It's very dangerous from evening to go out in the dark. No nearby restaurants are there. No proper transport is there. And the staff was horrible.
