Cons:

Quarto muito apertado. Pouco espaço para acomodar malas, banheiro e box apertados. Cafe da manha muito sem graça com pouca opçao e quase nada sem glutem e lactose. Garagem paga por fora.

Pros:

Minha estadia no ibis Balneário Camboriú – SC foi muito boa e atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades.
O hotel oferece boa limpeza, quarto bem cuidado e frigobar, o que sempre ajuda no dia a dia. O quarto é pequeno, como já é padrão da rede, mas como a proposta era apenas dormir, atendeu super bem. Minha filha adorou a cama superior estilo beliche, que foi um diferencial para ela e deixou a experiência ainda mais divertida.
O café da manhã é ótimo, com boas opções e tudo bem organizado. Um ponto de atenção é que tanto a recepção quanto o espaço do café da manhã são extremamente gelados. Para crianças, não é possível permanecer sem blusa de frio, e até para adultos mais sensíveis o ar-condicionado acaba incomodando um pouco.
A piscina é ótima, com um espaço agradável para relaxar, porém não é aquecida, o que pode limitar o uso em dias mais frios.
O serviço de valet é bom, os funcionários são educados e prestativos, mas o tempo de espera poderia ser melhor. Apesar de ser possível solicitar o carro pelo quarto, em algumas ocasiões precisei reforçar o pedido diretamente na recepção, pois houve certa demora. Além disso, o valor do estacionamento, de R$ 55,00 a diária, é bastante elevado, especialmente considerando que a diária do hotel já tem um preço bem considerável.
No geral, foi uma estadia muito agradável, confortável, com bom atendimento e excelente localização. Com pequenos ajustes especialmente na climatização dos ambientes, na agilidade do serviço de valet e na melhoria da inteligência dos elevadores nos horários de maior fluxo, como o café da manhã a experiência pode se tornar ainda melhor.

It was a good trip at a good hotel but it was probably the wrong season to visit.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were fine. The staff were relatively helpful and polite. The restaurant was fine. Everything was good.

Cons:

Everything was fine, except they had no internal heating and it was winter. I had nievely thought when I booked that since they had internal air conditioning, they would have internal heating like an American hotel or motel. There were no other issues at all but it could get cold at night.
