Falta de atenção do pessoal que cuida da arrumação dos quartos e toalhas. Cheguei tarde e não tinha toalha de rosto. No dia seguinte, deixei aviso para arrumar o quarto, pois estava um cheiro de toalha molhada, que não era a que tinha usado…. Voltei tarde novamente e NADA foi arrumado. Quando cheguei no quarto, não sabia como ligar para a recepção, nenhum aviso, nenhuma informação no check in. Atendimento não é ruim, sem contar que a gente liga e ninguém atende e também não responde as mensagens que enviamos pro app do Booking. Não vale o custo x benefício.
