Banheiro entupido o box e ralo da pia, portas emperrando, cama fazendo muito ruído, funcionários mal humorados, café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções e uma demanda muita alta de pessoas fazendo fila para tomar café em boa parte do horário da manhã, e pra fechar com chave de ouro o alarme anti incêndio tocou na madrugada e tivemos dificuldade para dormir apos o susto! Não sei como um hotel desse se sustenta, ou fomos sorteados! Numa viagem de 10 dias e 5 reservas em locais diferentes, o ibis foi a pior de todas!

Decepcionante.
Cons:

Dia 31/07/26 às 15:05, reservei um quarto conforme tamanho e imagens na descrição da reserva, paguei adiantado no app Booking, e quando chegamos nos deram um bem menor e ainda sujo, ao reclamarmos na recepção minha família foi distratada com chingamentos por dois atendentes, um masculino e uma feminino. Não nos deram o quarto que reservamos e ainda chingaram minha esposa e filho.
Pedi para chamarem o gerente uma atendente mal educada que se identificou como Micaela disse que a responsável era ela, e não resolveram. Não nos deram o quarto que reservamos e temos imagens da reserva para provar.
Pelo que vi em outras avaliações no Google não somos os primeiros a passar por esse humilhação.
