Pros:

Kellemes környezet,udvarias kiszolgálás .

Cons:

A tetőablakon befolyt a víz mikor esett az eső.
Ez látszik is a falon ,mert le van ázva a vakolat .
A szoba ajtó zár elég nehezen működik.
Az egyik fürdőszobában nem folyott le a víz a zuhanyzóban .
Szóval elkéne egy kis karbantartás néha .

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, 11 von 10 Punkten. Man bekam spät am Abend noch eine warme Mahlzeit. Sehr gut! Das Bett war ausreichend, die Klimaanlage sehr gut und alles super sauber. Keinerlei Schimmel im Bad. Frühstück ausreichend dem günstigen Preis angemessen.

Cons:

Ich halte den hohen Einstieg in die Dusche für problematisch. Auch eine Steckdose am Bett oder ein kleiner Steckdosenvereiler beim Fernseher wäre hilfreich.

Kedves személyzet, finom ételek ,nagy szoba, tisztaság. Kértünk pezsgőt is, nagy választék van az italbárban!

Cons:

Most nem volt wellness, de nem baj. Majd legközelebb

Viktoria ist das exclusivste Hotel im Ort , sauber und schlicht, und trotzdem sehr preisgünstig
Pros:

Personal kann deutsch und englisch sprechen, und ist sehr zuvorkommend und höflich.
Die Reception ist ständig besetzt. Das Frühstück schlicht , aber gut. Zusätzliche Wünsche (Spiegeleier) werden gerne erfüllt.

Cons:

Im Essenssaal läuft ständig und laut das MTV Programm am Wand-TV. Was störend wirkt.

A kisebb kényelmetlenségek ellenére összességében nagyon pozitív volt a benyomásunk a szállodáról!
Pros:

Nagyon kedves személyzet, hihetetlenül tiszta szoba (és fürdőszoba), ár-érték arányban finom reggeli!

Cons:

A szekrények nagyon rozogák, illetve a szobában nem volt szemétkosár, csak a fürdőszobában egy kisebb méretű (204). Az ágy kényelmes volt, de mivel nem franciaágy, hanem kettő külön összetolt ágy, párként annyira nem éreztük komfortosnak.

Rendkívüli barátságos, készséges személyzet.
Kiváló ötletekkel láttak el bennünket, igényeinkre szabva - a közelben lévő csónakázó tó, szoborpark, nem egészen egy órányira a Mura-Dráva találkozása és a gyékényesi kotró tó egyaránt szemet gyönyörködtető látványosságok. A wellness részleg rendelkezésre állásával és felszereltségével is teljességgel meg voltunk elégedve. Az ételek választéka, minősége és mennyisége sem hagy kívánni valót maguk után. Ajánlom mindenkinek!
