Several inconveniences
Pros:

Great location. Close to the station and several restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Cons:

1. I marked down that I wanted two futons but I was given a room with a double single bed.
2. Upon entering the room, there was a strange smell.
3. The bathtub seemed to be clogged.
4. The makeshift power socket on the bed was nailed to its frame in a very flimsy manner. It comes off easily.
5. I used the washing machine and I had to hang my laundry in my room. There were no additional hangers provided. It was an inconvenient challenge.

一人で寝るだけならコスパ高い宿

駅の目の前で、コンビニも目の前で便利。ユニットバスと畳に布団で問題なければ寝るだけ利用ならコスパ良い

Worse than expected, but the price was cheap and the location was good.
Pros:

The neighborhood was very nice to walk around and the hotel was right next to the station, which made travel easy. The beds were also comfortable for the most part.

Cons:

The check-in procedure was a bit confusing and there is no staff available for help. There are some amenities like water and a fridge on site but the communal area was cramped and dirty, making that less comfortable to use. The front door also didn’t lock, so anyone could just walk into the main area if they had wanted to.

As for the actual room, it was much smaller than what we expected. The bathroom had only enough room for one person to stand sideways, and the toilet was incredibly small which made it very awkward to use. The cleanliness was also questionable, with hairs left on the toilet, dirt in the corners of the steps, and stains on the bedding.

Ultimately it was worse than expected, but it is still cheap so that it why I don’t give it 1/10, as some negatives are to be expected. But that said, we stayed in other hotels in Tokyo for the same price point and they were both more central and cleaner than this one, so we weren’t impressed.

駅近だけど問題ありあり
Pros:

柴又駅が近いのはいいんだが、布団やマクラは最悪、寝心地が悪かった。コンセントも入らないし水道の蛇口も良く閉まらない。風呂には陰毛が転がっていた。駅近好きにはお勧めだ。

Cons:

布団枕、風呂の陰毛、水道の蛇口、コンセント、お化け屋敷のフロントには誰もいない。荷物も預けられない。ドア鍵は付けっぱなし、安全面に不安あり。
