It is a disastrous place to book on booking.com .
Cons:

The property owner is a fraud ,he didn't acknowledge the booking done on booking.com he refused the authenticity of the booking done.He asked for ₹3000/- more for the room booked. So I searched another better property for our stay and cancelled it.

Not a pleasant feeling to stay. I left right after I checked in and saw the condition of the room.
Cons:

Unacceptable cleaning, no hot water, freezing cold room with heating provided whatsoever. Dint dare to spend the night due to poor conditions.
