We had a wonderful 4 night stay in the Beethoven Premium Hotel. The staff were lovely to deal with, very helpful, friendly & polite!  Our rooms were cleaned each day, with complementary bottles of water included. Good wifi. Lovely breakfast, especially the pancakes, omelette's, fresh fruit and bread selection. Overall very clean & cosy hotel, in a bustling shopping area, close to the T1 tram & Metro. We used the Spa once, compact pool, nice sauna & steamroom, all spotless clean. Very good value hotel, would recommend.

Pros:

Very clean, friendly staff. Front desk open 24 hours. Good location lots of restaurants and shops close by. Lovely spa and pool area, great relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast buffet was simple but good quality.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was not working in the spa, but they did allow the children in.

Dobry hotel za rozsądną cenę
Pros:

Hotel położony blisko głównych atrakcji Stambułu. Pokoje są duże i przestronne. Bardzo fajna stołówka na ostatnim piętrze. Śniadania obfite i dobre. Czystość w pokojach wzorowa. Całkiem fajna strefa spa, jest również kawiarnia i barber. Pozytywnie zaskuje też room service. W zasadzie spełniano wszystkie nasze zachcianki :)

Cons:

Jeśli podróżujecie państwo w trójkę warto dopłacić do suite, gdyż wszytkie pokoje 3 osobowe mają imponujący widok na mur… ważne żeby zrobić to za pomocą booking gdyż w moim przypadku byłaby to dopłata 300 zł za cały pobyt (4 noce ) podczas gdy w recepcji próbowano wyciągnąć ze mnie 75 euro za dobę !!! To skandal !!!

Прекрасный отель, рядом достопримечательности и кафе. Рядом метро, трамвай. Такси вообще приезжало за минуту. Обязательн

Отель удобно расположен. Персонал очень доброжелательный, готов прийти на помощь 24 часа. Завтраки разнообразные, выбор хороший.

Cons:

Халат был размера xs, потом его унесли и с концами. Настроения это не испортило!

C’était super bien

La propreté, la qualité et surtout les femmes de Chambres telles que Madame ECE, elle travaillait rapidement et proprement.

Pleasant and friendly.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. Good choice for breakfast. Walking distance to tram, which takes you to Grand Bazar and Sultan Ahmed.

Cons:
