Pros:

Очень удобное место расположение, в отеле очень милый и приветливый персонал, всегда были готовы помочь, общались, внизу есть прекрасный хаммам – можно спокойно посидеть и отдохнуть

Cons:

Номера уставшие, иногда очень долго ждать лифт, так как отель полный. Но это не влияет на качество отдыха

Всё великолепно
Pros:

Отличный отель, останавливаемся в нём не первый раз. Комфортные чистые номера, хорошее обслуживание и расположение. Персонал очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый.

Vse, hotel zelo udoben čist zelo prijazno osebje ,zajtrk kraljevski in baklava vsak dan ,sem bila po različnih hotelih v Istanbulu tako udobno še ne ,bazen večji kot sem pričakovala in čisto , naša suita je je imela celo 2 balkona, hitro se pride do bazarja ali pa do metroja .Meni je bilo super

Aufenthalt für bis zu 5 Tage ok, länger wg. Schlafmangel (Lautstärke) nicht.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück.
Sehr freundliches Personal, vorallem an der Rezeption und bei den Zimmerkräften.
Lage ist ideal, um Istanbul zu Fuss oder per Tram bzw. Metro zu erkunden.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, sodass man z.Bsp den Fernseher des Nachbarzimmers deutlich gehört hat.
Lage des Hotels laut, nachts die Fenster zu öffnen war somit kaum möglich.
Pool war 2 Tage wg. Reinigung geschlossen.
Zu wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer, Haken an der Wand wären hilfreich.

Pros:

Super hôtel ! La communication avant notre arrivée a été excellente. Nous avons réservé le transfert avec l’hôtel (un peu plus cher qu’Uber), mais c’était très pratique, surtout lorsque l’on ne connaît pas encore la ville.

Le personnel était adorable et aux petits soins. Ils ont même pris l’initiative de placer nos deux chambres côte à côte alors qu’il s’agissait de deux réservations distinctes, une attention que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. Nous avons également eu la surprise de trouver des fruits frais dans la chambre pour le goûter : un vrai plus !

Cons:

absolument rien à signaler. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !
