Alles Bestens, sehr empfehlenswert, nicht nur für Business sondern auch für einen Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Umfangreiches Frühstücksangebot, beste Lage mit tollen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants im Nahbereich, direkte Anbindungan S-Bahn und Bus um die Gegend zu erkunden, einfach topp!

Pros:

I had booked the apartment and it was of good size. Unlike the hotel rooms, (which Amper Art has a combination of both apartments and hotel rooms), the apartment was spacious and it includes a kitchenette and a good size fridge.

Cons:

The hotel does not have walls in its surroundings, and some rooms on the ground floor can be easily broken into as these rooms have a patio, which outsiders can just come in.

Nice stay with very good commute to public transport.
Pros:

The staffs were exceptionally polite and eager to help us in all aspects. Actually I checked out the room and dropped the luggage in the reception to collect it in the evening. There was a surprise waiting for me. while cleaning my room the staffs found my Apple Watch and hand over to the reception and they handover it to me. To keep it simple Amper Art Hotel has Trusted Staffs.. my best wishes and thanks to all the staffs working over there

Good pleasant quiet stay in spacious appartement for 3x with large balcony
Pros:

Appartement was new, well furnished and prepared before our arrival - all the hotel was very clean

Cons:

We rent an appartement for 4x days - autonomy for the 4x days in terms of cleaning - not like an hotel for that. But there is an over charge of 39€ for the cleaning.
While hotel saves clean up everyday of the stay, they should have offer the cleaning at the end ?

Pros:

Certainly a good place to stay in. The apartment is comfortable, with almost everything needed. Breakfast is good. People are exceptionally helpful.

Cons:

There are 2 things we have to consider when decide to move there:
1. Trains are really close to apartments, therefore, you will hear periodically buzzing sound
2. There are no microwave ovens in the apartment. For some people it might be important
