Gute Lage mit schöner Aussicht.
Unterhalb der 400/500 Zimmer befindet sich eine Straße die auch in der Nacht stark befahren ist, dies ist für den Schlaf nicht förderlich.

The swimming pool view is stunning and the breath of fresh air surrounding the hotel is soothing.
On check-out date, prior to the check-out time, the cleaning staff and the cart was already waiting outside of our room about 20-30min to pick us up, seem they were pressuring us to check out sooner, not hospitable on that part.

The staff was super friendly, the room had a decent size and the bed was large and comfortable. Free shuttle service to city center. They forgot to collect us from the airport and as a compensation we received a free massage at their spa center.
Rooms are dated, insulation is non existent, breakfast buffet is pretty basic and pastries are not fresh plus you have to pay a surcharge for any drinks that are not black coffee or tea such as a simple cappuccino as these are not included in the breakfast rate -never seen this before.
Good size room - nice pool and great view
Very poor service - staff is not trained properly - internet is awfully slow - checkout terrible with many mistakes on the bill - overall over priced.

Ammenities were on point, staff amazing and service was brilliant.
While up using the pool another guests child did a poo in the pool. I think that any children potty training should not be allowed to swim without appropriate swimming attire to prevent this.
Excellent breakfast with beautiful views over the city. Plenty of variety with eggs prepared as you wait. One note of appreciation is to the staff who helped us greatly when our debit card disappeared in an ATM. The receptionist Sathaphone, the manager Khoun and the van driver whose name I forget (sorry) were fantastic in taking us to the bank (with passport) and eventually getting the card back. Very stressful indeed but they were just great. Thankyou very much.
Nothing really except you require the shuttle van to go down the hill to the river and town. However this is a good regular service.
This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Certainly the service was the best I’ve ever experienced. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left it was a fantastic experience.
When we arrived we were checked in by Kampoot who was fantastic the whole week. He was always willing to stop and chat and help us with recommendations. Kampoot is a credit to this hotel.
The location itself is perfect. With mountains either side and a view of the whole town. The pool is great to cool off in and the food at the pool was excellent. The pizza and pad gaprao were among our favourites.
The breakfast had a great selection and the staff were all very attentive. Thongpan served us very well.
The room was nice and clean and we had a good view. The only issue was the shower was a little on the hot side and when moved to cold it didn’t really have much power.
But apart from this it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back. A big thank you also to Lovansinh also on the front desk. She was so friendly and polite.
Also at the pool Boonsong and Sengdao looked after us very well all week.
The gym. It is like something from the 80s. Half the equipment was either broken or missing. The air con didn’t work very well either. Shame otherwise a perfect hotel.
We stayed here at the end of October and there were very few guests. Amazing, clean accommodation with incredible views to the surrounding mountains. In a quiet part of the city, but still relatively close to the centre. Kind and polite staff, incredible value for the money we paid. High-quality and tasty food at the hotel restaurant and a well-equipped cosy room with a comfortable bed and cute balcony. Well-kept garden and a pool with beautiful views on the city and mountains.
