I just dnt like their policies i checked in around 9 morning and I have to pay 2100 extra for this which is ridiculous and something I came across first time in my life.
Location (just because I was on a road trip)
The bedsheet had blood strains on them
Water was getting chocked in the bath area
Water pressure was extremely poor in the shower
There was no hot water in the washroom
One of the staff at the reception Vijeta had zero courtesy and manners. She spoke very rudely and disrespectfuly with us. We called the manager in shift and even after him saying multiple times that Vijeta apologise for your tone. She didn't say a word.
Most important thing in a hotel is the washrooms, they sucks at this property. Then Staff, one was rude and had no etiquettes, another said we need to pay for some food bill which we didn't even ate. Later they accepted the mistakes. But nooooo, overall the property sucks. Not recommended to anyone.
Only the guard shahebs (all of them) at the main gates were nice, warm, welcoming and had manners.

Lots of things, first its too pricey, doesn’t worth 9500/- for one night. Facilities are not good, staffs are clueless.
