The hotel needs to upgrade on cleanliness, the toilet downstairs had dirty mats, the sinks needed cleaning

Food restaurant was very good ambience set up, staff is very slow the lady

Cons:

The room had no facilities no towels toiletries, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had insects, had to get staff to clean the whole room while watching them how to do their job

Pros:

The staff were amazing couldn't do enough for us.We ended up extending our stay. Excellent facilities and great location. Highly recommend this hotel.
