Perfect location and friendly staff

The location was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Pictures don’t even resemble the property, it’s a completely different building. My “deluxe” room was just a 6 bed dorm with 4 single wide mattresses stacked together to make a queen size bed. My room was dirty when I checked in, same with the bed sheets. The staff kept their personal belongings in the wardrobe inside the room. I had ants crawling inside my bed the second day we were there.

昨年に続き、今回ラオスの行き帰りの利用。場所は食べる所、散歩に最適な良い場所です。
スタッフの方々がフレンドリーで　安心感があります。

エアコンのリモコンがないので微調整ができなかった。

Pros:

The best hostel I would say, came back twice and it’s become my travel base !! Would recommend booking Ha Long bay and Sapa trekking through Linh, she was the best receptionist I ever meet. Thanks to all of you ☺️

My favourite place in Vietnam
Pros:

The manager ( Linh) was supper supper helpful for my stay and booking trip in the North Vietnam. Stay for a night and extend for many because of her. Would definitely recommend this hostel for all the backpackers :)
