Very good location and provided a decent place to stay over in Amritsar.
Pros:

The location was excellent - within walking distance of the Darbar Sahib and the bazaar right outside.

Cons:

We had to ask a few times to have enough towels and toiletries provided for our rooms. Also the stairs were quite steep and the lift was very small.
