Beach Rotana Residences

The whole hotel was beautiful. My room was absolutely gorgeous and The hotel and room was maintained so well. It is also conveniently located near the Abu Dhabi Mall and so many choices of restaurants , grocery stores, and entertainment.

The residences were nice but lots of niggles - the grouting on the tiles throughout the room was chipped and a couple of tiles were wobbly. The silicon repairs done in the bathroom were very poorly done - seem d the more silicone the better! The rug was stained and one of the towels was stained. But - the staff were excellent and the food in the restaurants we ate in was delicious (special shout out to the breakfast staff and reception staff and also to the amazing food in Trader Vic’s!

Beach Rotana Residences provides incredibly clean, spacious accommodation on a well-maintained property with friendly staff. Those looking to be within walking distance of some of Abu Dhabi's more well-known sites will need to take taxi services (which arrived at the hotel very quickly).

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt und durften, trotz sehr zeitiger Ankunft bereits ein Zimmer beziehen. Dazu kam, dass uns der „Engel der Rezeption“ - Joel - noch ein Upgrade ermöglicht hat und wir fürstlich in einer Suite statt in einem Meerblick-Zimmer residieren durften. Vielen herzlichen Dank, Rotana Beach Residences für den tollen Aufenthalt.

We had a great stay for a short week-end in Abu Dhabi.
The hotel is well located, the room in the residence is very clean, modern and we had a wonderful view on the water side!
The restaurants at the hotel are great to enjoy the outside terraces and service was very good.
Highly recommended for the environment!

Great staff, great location. Accommodating, flexible and very nice clean apartments . Was great stay for family with two kids

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The property was so clean and shiny, rooms were cleaned everyday. Breakfast had so much choice. Outdoor area at the back with the water, seating area, private beach and pools were really good, my daughter enjoyed using them. We wish we stayed for longer but it gives us another reason to come back. Thanks Rotana for exceeding my expectations in every way.

The cleaning staff and grounds staff were lovely, good at their job and very helpful.
The front desk staff weren’t super helpful or friendly, it’s a shame because it is a nice property.

Es muy atractivo en todos sentidos, pero no entiendo por que hay una pequeña cocina y no se menciona, por que parece un loft.

Very good property conveniently located. Great customer service by all the staff especially at breakfast. Would definitely recommend to others.

Das Personal war unheimlich freundlich. Youssef war sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlte, was das Zimmer anging und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen

i stopped in the beach rotana residencies, just to the side of the main hotel, it was lovely and quiet, the hotel is modern and immaculately clean, all amenities you will ever need, the breakfast was full of choice to suit all tastes and the quality and presentation is 10/10, what really makes this hotel is the staff, everyone is so friendly and welcoming and nothing seems to much trouble, special mention to Mr Aeshan on reception , a complete professional in customer service, thank you sir.

The hotel was nice and the room was spacious with a little kitchenette. Staff are amazing and the facilities as well as the beach are shared with the other Rotana hotel.
When I booked I thought it is connected to the mall but it actually isn’t and there is a short walk in the outdoor are to get to the mall.

Excellent on all fronts. Can't remember all the names of staff but for example Charmene was absolutely on top of it.
