kein Kontakt zum Personal. Wir sind in Nuuk angekommen und haben keinen Zugangscode erhalten. Versprochen war dass man 48h vorher automatisch den Code bekommt. Mein ausländisches Handy hat mich leider keine lokalen Nummern anrufen lassen. Per Mail bekam ich 24 Stunden lang keine Antwort. Meine zahlreichen Nachfragen blieben unbeantwortet. Ich stand vor der Unterkunft und wusste nicht wie ich rein kommen sollte. Ich musste eine fremde Person auf der Straße ansprechen, die mir freundlicherweise ihr Handy zur verfügung gestellt hatte, damit ich endlich jemanden sprechen konnte. Die gab mir dann der Code und wir konnten ins Apartment rein. Was für ein Spaß bei -10°C und Schnee darauf zu hoffen, dass man vielleicht noch seine Unterkunft beziehen kann.

Pros:

Posizione strategica e appartamento molto comodo. Lo staff è stato molto collaborativo e sollecito a far fronte a tutte le nostre richieste. Unico appunto: sarebbe opportuno fornire anche sapone e shampoo nel bagno.

Clean, large apartment in a central location
Pros:

The Aurora Apartments are very centrally located, right next to Hotel Hans Egede. We reserved a 1-bedroom, which was on a high floor looking out over the city (which we loved!). The apartment was spacious, very clean, and easy to access via a door code. In fact, we never interacted with anyone on our way to get in- we just used the code, which made it all very easy. This is definitely a good option in central Nuuk for someone who wants extra space.

Cons:

The apartments are devoid of character, with only white walls and no color. Also, I was disappointed to find that there wasn't soap or shampoo for the shower.
