Issues, but worth considering
Pros:

Fabulous hosts and despite significant issues (see below) the apt was well maintained, well landscaped and appointed. The facility sits within a motorsport park - would be nirvana for petrol heads.
There were commercial laundry facilities on site - great addition.

Cons:

Beds were rock hard. The unit opened to a courtyard garden, no privacy and no way to get it without blocking all the light and sun (black out blinds only). Sheers would be a great addition in this location. You will need transport as facility is behind an industrial section in Cromwell, some distance from services. Avoid 4B - other apts are less exposed.

Amazing.
Pros:

The front desk Lady was so lovely and welcoming. Couldn’t ask for better service. Room was amazing very spacious. Certainly be back again for another stay when we make it back down.

Near new modern apartment
Washing machine and dryer
Very comfortable
Best accommodation we’ve had on South Island .
45 mins from Queenstown Panners restaurant 5ks away was great .
Plenty of great shops in town 5 mins away .
