Pros:

Personale molto cordiale, cucina ottima, ambiente pulito e ordinato. La struttura in legno trasmette aria di casa e di tradizione.
Hotel tuttavia moderno e con tutti i confort che si spera di trovare.

Cons:

The hotel is located up the mountain, nothing around, the “restaurant” was closed because we were the only ones at the hotel, since we booked the “bad&breakfast treatment”
The breakfast was not good, no cut fruits or vegetables and not even scrambled eggs.
They did not let us use the spa without paying even tho we were the only ones there.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte con la formula di mezza pensione e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’hotel è accogliente, curato nei minimi dettagli e soprattutto molto pulito. Abbiamo apprezzato la qualità dei cuscini (due tipologie disponibili) e del materasso, comodo e igienizzato.

A cena, pur non mangiando carne, abbiamo trovato diverse opzioni tra cui scegliere, e la colazione offre tutto il necessario per cominciare bene la giornata. La direttrice è stata molto gentile e disponibile, fornendoci anche una mappa con i percorsi della zona che si è rivelata molto utile.

Ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo anche ai nostri amici.

Great accommodation with perfect service! Extraordinary experience! Team of the hotel is highly skilled, greatly motivated and very friendly. They try to do great job and they do great job. The hotel is very comfortable, nice and clean. Breakfasts are rich and tasteful. The reastaurant is perfect and the cook has level of a michelin restaurant. This everything together makes your stay an extraordinary experience.
