Puiki vieta, netoli jūra. Patiko jaukūs ir erdvūs kambariai, aukštos lubos. Virtuvėje radome būtiniausius reikmenis, vonioje taip pat. Mūsų šeima liko patenkinta. Ačiū.

Современная и комфортная вилла с историческим шармом
Pros:

Апартаменты превзошли наши ожидания.

Прежде всего — само здание. Это настоящий, очень выразительный образец юрмальской дачной архитектуры начала XX века с элементами национального романтизма и югендстиля. Резной деревянный декор, ажурные украшения фасадов и окон, башенки, сложный силуэт, высокие потолки и большие, мелкоостеклённые окна — всё это создаёт ощущение, что живёшь не просто в апартаментах, а в исторической вилле с характером и настроением.

Сами апартаменты — полностью современные и очень комфортные. Подогрев полов, функциональная кухня, продуманное многоуровневое освещение, уютная мебель, удобные ванная и туалет. При этом — много воздуха, высокие потолки, открытая балка, стилизованные предметы интерьера. Редкое и очень удачное сочетание: историческая оболочка и современный комфорт.

Отдельно хочется отметить сотрудника на ресепшене — вежливого, внимательного и всегда готового помочь. Его присутствие добавляло дому особый шарм и ощущение заботы, как в хорошем доме с историей.

Расположение — исключительное. Это первая линия застройки у моря — одни из самых престижных и дорогих объектов недвижимости в Латвии. Сама улица Юрас — настоящий музей под открытым небом: именно здесь в своё время селились самые состоятельные дачники.

И да — мы действительно чувствовали себя там как богатые горожане, приехавшие на курорт.
Спасибо за это редкое и очень приятное ощущение.
