The room, breakfast everything was pathetic.
And it's cold weather, basic amenities is important like hot water.
They charge even for hot water.
No heater or double quilts to save from cold weather
There were only two members to take care of everything in the hotel and both were well mannered. In fact one of them arranged authentic pahadi chicken for us which was delicious.
The property was still under construction. No lift and somewhat empty when we checked in. Food was okay(2 out of 5). We had to call the staff again and again to get us the breakfast. When I booked this i was not sure about this property but a guy called Sam who said he was the owner, hyped about this property for 20-25 mins over the call. I didn’t find anything spectacular whatever he said. I guess other hotels were more lively.
Staff is so good and familiar …and location is awesome
My recent stay at Mukteshwar Treat Resort in Mukteshwar was an absolute delight. The first thing that struck me was the mind-blowing view from the resort. Nestled amidst the serene Himalayan landscape, it felt like I was on top of the world, and each sunrise and sunset was a mesmerizing spectacle.
The culinary experience at the resort was equally impressive. The food was not just delicious but super tasty, with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The staff's warm and attentive service added to the overall dining experience.
Speaking of the staff, their friendliness and willingness to assist made my stay even more comfortable. They were always ready to help with a smile, which left a lasting positive impression.
During my stay, I also had the chance to explore a nearby gem, Chandmatti, just a two-minute walk away. The eating place there, Chand Matti, offered a delightful Kumauni thali and a selection of tea and coffee that were exceptionally tasty. It's a must-visit for anyone staying in Mukteshwar.
Food was freshly prepare and tasty. Location is very good peaceful place in the divine environment with mesmerising views of nature.
Warm water system was not working in one of our two rooms . Price was high keeping in view the rooms ,occupancy and cleanliness ,also it is newly built .
