Pros:

Na realidade nada tem haver com a fachada apresentada, uma casa velha parece abandonada limpeza precária, aliás tudo é muito precário e me arrependi muito nunca mais me disseram que está em reforma os quartos não tem mesa cadeira frigobar etc......

Absolutamente nada muito arrependido.
