Loads of potential.
Pros:

The location was fantastic and beds were comfortable. Easy to access the accommodation.

Cons:

Amenities were not great with no plug for the kitchen sink or tea towel to dry dishes.
The shower grout was not good and black mould has started to encroach.
High speed wifi was unfortunately not accessible from the bedrooms.

The person that manages the place was really kind and helpful . The location is perfect and the place is overall ok

Cons:

What i didn't like is the fact in the commodities AC and a toster was "advertised" . I dont really care about the toaster but the AC had no remote and no other way to use it . After talking with the "manager" who aslo talked with the owner ( i dont understand why all this fuzz for such a simple thing) the remote arived at the place the third and final day. The best part was that it had no batteries so eventually we didn't use the AC. If you ask me it was necessary cause the heating system operates specific hours so if you want to chamge the temp in the room its actually impossible. Also there is no ventilation in the bathroom and that creates black mold really fast.

Pros:

The apartment's location is excellent. A leisurely stroll along the central Novo Strada street takes you to Piazza San Marco in 20 minutes, or you can take the Vaparetto water bus along the Grand Canal to San Marco or the Rialto Bridge. There are plenty of cafes and bars nearby. I also recommend visiting the nearby Despar supermarket, located in a former theater! The apartment has everything you need for living and cooking. It's very spacious for four people. We moved in in March, and the apartment was warm, with central heating running at night. Portable air conditioners are provided for the summer.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento, lo staff è stato molto gentile e abbiamo risolto, ma visto che era già successo avrebbero dovuto segnalarcelo prima, c’è mancato poco che rischiassimo di stare al feddo
