Pros:

The location is good, some minutes to the beach and central street with restaurants etc.
The room itself is simple, has all the basic, event kitchen equipment, including sink and electric stove in the balcony.

Cons:

The property cancelled my reservation on the day of arrival, less than 2 hours until expected check in. After some corresponding and complains to booking.com we were allowed to move in. It was luckily just for 1 night.

Quality and price ratio is not right.

Super host, clean place, close to the sea, awesome balcony view.
Pros:

I loved the view from the balcony because you can see the sea and after 11 it’s in the shade, so it’s a wonderful place to do some work after you are finished with the morning swim. The place is clean, it has an inner court parking which was very convenient and you can reach the beach and supermarkets in 5 minutes walking. It is extraordinary value for the price range. I totally recommend it and the host was very helpful and nice allowing me to do the check-in a bit early considering the room was available.

Cons:

The water pressure was a bit low, but need to have a bit of patience and it will be ok.

Exceptional
Pros:

I definitely recommend it. The staff, especially Can, is absolutely on point and tries to do their best for the guests. The breakfast is absolutely great. Everything is within walking distance.

For short period is nice place to stay
Pros:

+ location is close to beach, but has steap walk for 30 meters
+ price, for this area it was decent
+ has own kitchen, but need to take your own dishes. Didnt use it, but you will have it.

Cons:

Air conditioner was loud if put too big difference in temperature
