Ospitalità eccellente
Pros:

Esperienza eccellente per la struttura e per l'accoglienza del personale, in una posizione centrale a Urfa, con camere confortevoli e pulite, e spazi ampi per godere appieno del soggiorno.
In un suggestivo spazio archeologico abbiamo potuto gustare un'ottima e abbondante colazione.

Pros:

Güler yüzlü karşılandık ve personel gayet yardımcı oldu. Bunun haricinde temizlik çok vasat, kahvaltı yapmanızı önermem, kapınızın önünde devamlı birileri sohbet ediyor ve uyku bölünüyor, fiyat performans gerçekten kötü maalesef.

Ko aklamamiz guzeldi ilk gosterdikleri oda biraz havasiz oldugu icin degistirmeyi talep ettik hemen yardimci oldular. Aile dostu bir otel genel olarak hersey iyiydi temizlik konusunda 5/3 diyebilirim

Ana otelde yer olmadığı için daha mükemmel, Balıklı göle de yakın La Riva oteline yönlendirildik. Personel güleryüzlü kahvaltı kabul edilebilir düzeyde, sıkıntı La Riva da ıdınma ve sıcak su problemi var, eski konak otel konseptine dönüşünce bu tür sıkıntılar oluyor

The hotel was very local to amenities, hotel staff and management especially were amazing always a ready to help and assist any needs, as well as being very friendly. Family room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, was very happy with the hospitality and service. Will consider to stay again if in the area
