Pros:

The purpose of our visit was to visit the Tirumala temple; therefore, we were looking for a hotel at the foothills of Tirupati. Location is ideal. They should mention the distance to Tirumala from the hotel. The bed was decently arranged. Good that they provided a kettle for boiling water and tea/coffee. This was useful. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

- The tea cups in the room were stained and appeared not so clean. We had to ask them to replace them, but we got steel cups instead (See photo)
- had to request for toilet paper
- Stained towels (See photo)
- The bathroom was not very clean, and there was no place to hang towels, as well as no place to store shampoo and soap inside the shower area. (See photo)
- TV noise from other rooms
- Water leak below the sink

Almost everything was bad, the pictures was shown on booking.com for 3 bed, and actually we got a single king size bed room which had dirty linen. Our check-in was delayed by 1 hr as hotel did not clean the rooms provided to us.
No room cleaning was done and the beddings were not changed next day.
Bathrooms were not at all like shown in pictures and had black moldy stuff at the base of glass door.
The wifi password was printed wrong in the room and when we reached out to reception regarding this issue the person on phone was not competent to resolve our issue.
All in all this place was not worth 3k rs per day and I will not stay at this place again.
I also would like to mention that pictures shown on booking.com are misleading and I will urge you to please verify property before adding on your platform.
