Виды и территория все решают! Есть мелочи, но с ними можно смириться.

Отличная территория!
Тихо, вдали от всех. (но есть минус, не все тук туки знают это место, и не все повезут в гору)
Большие номера, душ (и туалет) с видом на океан! :) Наш дом был ближайший к океану.
Бассейн не очень большой, но в целом как раз такой и нужен. Можно пить любимые напитки и наблюдать закаты! Кайф!
Хозяева всегда рады помочь и пойти на встречу!

Цена, для Шри Ланки, дороговато... Есть варианты прям в разы дешевле, но за вид приходится платить...
До пляжа Унаватуна пешком минут 15, до Джангл бич примерно так же. Нас это не очень пугало, но нужно иметь ввиду.
Еда! Это наверно самый большой минус. Завтраки странные. Мы только на 3 день поняли, что если мы хотим просто омлет или что то на подобии, но нужно попросить, его сделают. Имейте ввиду. А то, что лежит на общих столах, прям очень странное. Нас там жило 8 человек, и завтраки никого не впечатлили. Их точно нужно пересмотреть.

Exceptional.
Pros:

The location truly was paradise. Saw monkeys, chipmunks, the idyllic beaches, gorgeous sunsets from the pool and stunning skies. Food was fabulous, staff were exceptional and couldn’t be more accommodating.

A beautifully located gem in Roomassala with exceptional facilities, stunning views, and wonderfully friendly staff
Pros:

The location in Roomassala is stunning beautiful surrounding beaches and an incredible view from the property. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The facilities were exceptional, and the whole place had a really comfortable, relaxing vibe. Perfect spot to unwind.

Pros:

Гостиница расположена прямо в джунглях. Тишина. Только голоса разных птиц. Территория утопает в зелени. Прекрасные чистые и уютные, большие номера. Есть бассейн и вид из него открывается шикарный! Место для йоги. Хороший завтрак, по системе шведский стол, немного всего, но все найдут для себя что съесть. Так же можно заказать приготовить дополнительно яичницу. В номере ест всё: полотенца, душевые принадлежности. Великолепные хозяева и весь персонал. Выход к океану через джунгли.

Very nice property, attentive staff, good breakfast and very clean rooms

Cons:

It's a bit of a jaunt to jungle beach or town. Also - and this is not a negative - but accessing the bathroom required going to ladder like steps and the shower was a very cool design of a rock scape. That being said, it would be difficult to access for anyone with mobility issues and there is no door to the bathroom, so it's not very private.

Peaceful enjoyable stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful quiet location however still easy to access shops/restaurants/beach.
Very friendly staff who go above and beyond to help. Would definitely stay here again

Sehr entspannte, ruhige und schön gelegene Unterkunft mit sehr lieben Personal und umsichtigen Chef

Sehr schöne Unterkunft auf eine Anhöhe mit sehr nettem Personal
Etwas abseits, ca 1km bis zum regen Treiben in Unawatuna
Schöne Buchten - in der Hauptsaison ruhiges Wasser, Nebensaison Wellen
Sehr schöner Pool mit sagenhaften Meerblick und Sonnenuntergang
An einem kleinen Spa/Yogabereich wird gearbeitet
