Pros:

Piccola struttura vicino al centro, supermarket vicino e parcheggio gratuito davanti all albergo, personale. Gentile e affabile

Cons:

La struttura è bella, ho preso la camera budget, e non la consiglio prendete le altre, in quanto nell interrato , solo una piccola finestrella non apribile e il bagno risente di scarichi non all altezza,

No cambiaron de hotel al Old Erevan y estaba sucio y era muy ruidoso, no recomendable.

La recepcionista del hotel fuer muy amable y simpatica, sin embargo nos deribaron a otro hotel a unos 400 metros el OLD YEREVAN y todo cambio para mal.

Unos días antes nos contactaron para ver si confirmabamos la reserva, si uno hace la reserva se entiende que ya esta confirmada y cuando uno esta viajando uno muchas veces no tiene tiempo para estar con reconfirmaciones de ultima hora, entonces nos dijeron que la habitación que habiamos reservado tenia un problema y que nos podían dar otra de inferior categoria o darnos una de la misma categoria en otro hotel, optamos por la segunda opción y fue nuestro error, nos llevaron al Old Erevan, la cama debajo de la sabana estaba llena de pelos y suciedad, las voces del personal no dejaban descansar ni de dia ni de noche, por la noche en la recepción se pasaron buena parte de la noche hablando en voz alta supongo que entre el recepcionista y el vigilante y como hay mucho eco era imposible descansar, tambien dieron bastantes golpes, en fin, no es un hotel recomendable para nada.

Pros:

A very nice, cozy hotel, located right in the center – there's a huge 24/7 supermarket nearby. The staff is very friendly; they arranged a transfer for us, offered coffee, and gave us a nice, clean room. I recommend it

Scam! If you see that very good price for the room - don't believe it! I thought that was misunderstanding or mistake, but when I red reviews on the Google, I understood that sounds like plan to deceive the customer. We arrived late at night and they apologized that overbooked. They proposed different hotel (Old Yerevan Hotel) near this place. The hotel looks worse that we booked and they ask more money pay in cash, than costed our room. Requested to cancel reservation. We needed hotel for a couple hours, because our flight was early, so we didn't want waste time for a new searching. It was my firs bad comment within 15 years, and first bad experience saying goodbye to this beautiful country.

Great place to stay when visiting Erevan
Pros:

Extremely friendly staff who’s ready to help and fully available 24/7. Perfect location, most must-see places can be reached on foot within 10-15 minutes. A great supermarket right in front of the structure where you can find anything you need for a comfortable stay

Cons:

Nothing really, it’s a great place to stay with zero downsides

Cons:

К сожалению забронировали отель и в день заезда нам заявили что нету свободных номеров полдня понадобилось до того чтобы нас другой отель и приехали в другой отель это оказывалось вообще не отель а полуподвальное помещение и по фототока дачка было одно на самом деле было другое это не вина сотрудника ресепшена поскоку на карточках одно но реально другое
