雖然一樓可以挑枕頭，但太小也都太軟了，早餐8:30就沒了、10點退房也太早了，希望能夠有方案可以選擇

Pros:

雨が降っていて傘が結構濡れていたので、入り口でもたもたしていたら濡れた傘を入れるビニール袋を直ぐに入れられるように口を開けてくれ待っていて下さって感激しました。ちょっとした心遣いが嬉しかったです。

おもてなしの気持ちが伝わる声のトーン、優しさ、気遣いが素晴らしかったです　チェックアウトの手続きが不要というのも画期的な感じがしました　館内、お風呂も清潔で快適でした　エレベータ前の黒板に書かれたイラスト、仙台名物の紹介のイラストも可愛くて温かいメッセージが伝わってきました　夜のハーブティも美味しかったです　翌朝の朝食美味しかったです　仙台に行ったらまたこちらに宿泊したいです

できればインスタントではないコーヒーが飲みたかったです

仙台に行くならここに泊まるべし！
Pros:

こじんまりとしているが、不足なものは無く 4.5人入れる天然温泉があったり、無料の朝食も美味しかったし ウェルカムドリンクが洋酒やワインまであって遅くまで無料で飲めるのがお得感満載‼️

Cons:

エレベーターが1つしか無いので、朝食時やチェックアウト時はなかなか乗れなかった。

A good option close to the station.
Pros:

Good location just behind station. Onsen small but very good. Early evening free bar a bonus. Breakfast good although small space& busy at times.

Cons:

Only one lift so not great at peak times. Rooms& bathroom small but well designed.
