We would like to inform you of a planned maintenance work on our swimming pool, expected to take place from 1st to 25th March. The works will be conducted daily between 16:00 hrs and 00:00 hrs, without any disturbance to rooms, only affecting pool closing times.
During this period, the pool will be officially closed from 16:00 hrs onwards. Guests who wish to remain at the pool between 16:00 hrs and 20:00 hrs may do so. However, they should be informed that some maintenance work will be conducted in that time.
We kindly request your support in communicating this to your clients in advance. Final confirmation of dates will be shared shortly.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

I like the location and view. Food was good and staff very helpful.

Cons:

The sound of motor boats , ferries etc inspite of the balcony doors being totally closed was really annoying and disturbing during nights especially when I was trying to sleep

Wonderful stay, stunning views, perfect location, excellent hospitality.
Pros:

We had a wonderful four-night stay in August 2026 at Barceló in Malé. Our panoramic sea-view room was absolutely amazing, with breathtaking views across the Indian Ocean and the surrounding islands. Loved the shower and hygiene and daily cleaning of our room.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with so many attractions nearby, including the National Museum, Republic Square and Sultan Park, to name just a few. We loved being able to explore, shop, discover local sights and enjoy the many restaurants close by. It was a great base for experiencing Malé and everything this vibrant city has to offer.

The rooftop swimming pool was fantastic, as was the bar, where we relaxed in the evenings and enjoyed delicious cuisine and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were excellent, warm and hospitable throughout our stay.

I would like to thank everyone at Barceló for making our stay so special and memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Malé and would be delighted to return.

Pros:

1) Расположение отеля прям возле Аэропорта.
2) Вкусный ресторан внутри отеля
3) Магазин рядом с отелем (купить памперсы для ребенка)
4) Бесплатный трансфер с аэропорта и обратно
5) Размер номеров (вся семья поместилась)
6) Сервис на ресепшене

Cons:

1) Влажность в номерах очень сильная, постель очень влажная а дети спать не смогли нормально. Не знаю местные стандарты но показалось что не тянет на 5 звезд отель за свои деньги, но к сожалению альтернатив нет (5 звезд).
2) В одной из комнат пол был полностью мокрый (протекала вода)
3) На просьбу поменять чайник, так и никто не пришел

Pros:

Отель выделяется на фоне грязи столицы. Отличные панорамные балконы. На 15 этаже есть открытый бассейн. Ничего особенного, но время скоротать можно. Хороший завтрак. До аэропорта 10 минут на такси.

This is the ONLY place we will stay when we go to Male.
Pros:

The front desk and customer service team and its leadership is outstanding. This property stands out as a real top performer in Male. The rooms are excellent, location is great and the food in the restaurants and coffee shop is fantastic!

Short stay
Pros:

I had a great time at the hotel..this is my third time, and I got a free upgrade, and the suit was amazing.i had the most beautiful view of the sea.
All the staff were kind and helpful.

The receptionist Nazar was amazing. He got me upgraded twice from a superior room to a suit.
The buffet breakfast was my favourite part.
