Cons:

I den første værelse , er der væggelus over det hele. Så blev vi flyttet til øverst etage samme værelse , den er meget bedre , men vi har brugt hele dagen for at få en ny værelse , personalerne gør ikke meget for at hjælpe os.

A beautiful place and a very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Everything was perfect and I had a wonderful stay.

Not what a Barcelo should be like
Pros:

Last minute booking. Reception was very nice

Cons:

Woken up by call to prayer. Windows so dirty you couldn’t see out of them. Curtains literally hanging off the rails

Nazar was amazing with us, he is a very hard worker and tries his best to make sure you're happy and comfortable, he gave us a free upgrade due to our room not being ready yet and let us have a free massage.
The breakfast was really nice, lots or variety, very efficient and consistent.
Very clean room, spacious room and bathroom.

Cons:

Quite expensive
When you had a shower you would never have any hot water.
During breakfast, staff gave me a cup of tea but it had lots of bits floating around and the table clothes were dirty from previous people who had sat there before, I thought they would change and reset the table for the next person given that this hotel is 5 star.
Swimming pool is always at capacity, don't expect to get a lounger if you haven't claimed one very early morning, there's also less loungers than there appears to be in the pictures which doesn't help either, so unfortunately over 3 days I was never able to use the pool.

Whilst we wouldn’t have chosen to stay here, the war in the Middle East forced this upon us. We chose this hotel because
Pros:

The hotel was bright and modern. The staff all pleasant and friendly and the breakfast buffet excellent!

Cons:

The hotel doesn’t have a licenced bar and soft drinks and mock tails are really expensive.
