A perfect place for relaxation combined with exploring the island
Pros:

The comfortable apartment has a terrace with a beautiful view. There is a really big swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds with umbrellas, so you never have to worry about finding a spot. The restaurant serves delicious pizza, and breakfast is also available to order. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the nearest beach and only 5 minutes by car to the closest shop. An excellent place to stay while exploring the south-east part of Sardinia.

Cons:

Compared to other apartments I have visited, there was no cleaning service and no change of towels or bed linen, even though we stayed there for two weeks. However, there is a washing machine available for guests to use.

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk restaurant erbij. Prachtig gelegen zwembad en dicht bij een rustig strand.

Cons:

Appartement aan de kleine kant. Keuken mag wel beter toegerust.

Es war sehr schön. Ruhige Lage und etwas Abseits. Der Pool war super.

Der Service war sehr gut. Sehr schnell im zurückschreiben und sehr freundlich/ zuvorkommend.

Pros:

A nice and quiet place. No hustle and bustle. The beach is close and it's ok. A good base for trips to other parts of Sardinia. The staff is very nice and professional. Always helpful. Nice atmosphere and peace.

Cons:

The kitchen lacks a European-standard 230V socket. It's a shame.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

We loved the place. The area is beautiful, beaches close by, rooms very cute and clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Cons:

The bathroom could use a little refurbishment.

Next comment about the restaurant in the vicinity, and not the residence: I wasn't a fan of the restaurant's bright and cold lighting. It was far from cosy and relaxing and because of that we had to take a drive each evening to have dinner in a different place.

Could have stayed longer
Pros:

We had a truly fantastic stay!
It’s rather quiet even with a roundabout 50m away, so we had a completely peaceful and relaxed stay for 4 nights.
The apartment is located in a condominium consisting of 8(?) equal apartments, it is good size and offers great amenities: mosquito nets, wardrobes, hangers, power outlets by the beds, various lighting sources, smart TV, shelves in the shower, 24/7 availability of washing machines, a drying rack, terrace furniture, oil and vinegar packages, and many other small things that make a difference. The place is in close proximity to the beach, we stayed on the top floor and loved dining on the terrace. The pool was bigger and deeper than expected, it is spotless, they clean it with a robot, and the water has no smell of chlorine. The staff are very responsive, Laura is doing her utmost to provide for everything and keep the environment cozy and laid-back, and it all makes it a great value for money, especially if you compare it to Venice or Rome.
The place is located in the outskirts or as we called it, the countryside, it does not have the glitz&glamour like the surrounding beach towns, and that makes it charming and authentic, better suited for quiet retreats. However, having a car is a must.
It is true that the swimming pool hours are restricted and you cannot go for an evening dip, nevertheless, they assured me that they are working on it and next year, hopefully, they will be able to fix it or at least circumvent it. I might be up for a return visit.

Cons:

Interior and the furniture were not my cup of tea, it could be updated in near future. There could be separate towel for the pool. The hair-dryer is symbolic, does more damage than harm, so bring your own. Having said that, these are minor things.

Exceptional place! I'm serious!
Clean, really spotless beautiful studio where it's just a pleasure to be. So so friendly and helpful ladies at the reception who arranged everything for us even when we were arriving quite late at night. They make sure we are ok during your stay. Perfect location for the east Sardinia plus 10 min by foot to the beautiful beach and 10 min by car to extra ! beautiful beach.

We really loved that environment with a variety of nice and clean beaches
Pros:

We really appreciate the friendly team, which did their utmost to provide the best support on any questions we had. The team solved small issues very efficient and quickly. The environment was great. The restaurant was one of the best, I ever experienced. Unfortunately in one case we waited 2 hours of our main course. Anyway it was a great experience. We definitely will come back.
