Pros:

Just the cleanliness of the room. Nothing else was good.

Cons:

The staff was not good. Took a lot of time to do anything. It took nearly 30 min for them to deliver just a bottle of water. The AC did not work properly and was very noisy. In short everything was utterly bad

Pros:

We came to India to attend Prem Rawat's event at Delhi. Had a fantastic stay at Udman, thanks to the outstanding service from Sonu and Mr. Pramod. Sonu was always attentive and prompt, while Mr. Joshi went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. Their hospitality made all the difference! The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!
