The president suite with city viewsafety box,seperate seating area,tumble dryer, clothes rack , sofa bed, bidet booked . Unfortunately, very unprofessionally, by the time we reached, our room was given to other person who walked in at 6.20 PM and we were denied our room saying that the price paid was of lower grade suite room, that is executive suite. The staff Mr. Darshan was contacted 3 months in advance to confirm the Presidential Suite for which he demanded advance payment stating that most of Booking.com clientele after booking do not occupy.To satisfy his demand I sent Rs.1000/- as advance and he confirmed that booking was done for Presidential Suite.
Unfortunately despite that fact, he failed to give us our booked room.However On realising his mistake, next morning at 8.00 AM he shifted us to our booked Presidential Suite.

Food was cheap
They said the laundry is not working so the pillows did not have pillow covers, the bedsheets were dirty with hair and what not.
No towels were provided.
Overall my family had a negative experience. Won't visit again.

There were some issue with bed sheet cleanliness, but they replaced it upon our request
The place is brand new. The restaurant in the hotel is really awesome. We stayed in a Suite room and a fouled deluxe room .. both were really nice. Bathrooms are really spacious.
The Staff is really kind. Jivan was the manager there and he was brilliant
Large and clean rooms. Very helpful staff. Food was excellent. Note that the location is not in the centre of town.
