Pros:

Местоположението е отлично и супер удобно! Стаята беше много уютна, чиста и голяма. Имаше всички необходими аксесоари плюс сешоар. Гледката от стаята беше уникална. Чисто е навсякъде в хотела! Закуската беше много вкусна и имаше голям избор. Посрещна ни Исмаил с усмивка и ни помогна да се настаним. Беше много учтив, дружелюбен и владееше перфектно английски. Направи престоя ни много приятен. Благодарности и на Хасан и Серкан. Обслужването беше на много високо ниво! Ако ни се наложи отново да посетим Истанбул, бихме отседнали отново тук!

Pros:

The room was very confortable, nice and very clean. I want to thank the staff for their kindness especially Miss Zeynep. She was very nice and helpful.

Highly recommended to enjoy Istanbul
Pros:

Very clean rooms, very friendly staff, especially Ismail, Baran, and Zeynep at the reception, were very kind and helpful to us. We enjoyed the breakfast especially the turkish style food

Cons:

The woman's sauna and steam room were turned off at 8.30, although they were supposed to be open until 10

Comfortabel, lekkere eten, prima locatie en top personeel!
Pros:

Erg beleefde en leuke personeel, ze helpen je met alles, comfortabele kamer, top! Erg blij mee.

Cons:

Wifi ging aan en uit soms, en er werd gezegd dat er storing is. De sauna was niet altijd open. Airco op kamer was niet sterk genoeg.

Breaksfast excellent. Location very good but a little noisy due to non-stop traffic along the avenue

Swimming was closed on Monday, and sauna/turkish bath were not available

Great Stay - Highly Recommended
Pros:

This was our 5th stay here. We keep coming here, because the location is great, close to big malls and metro/metrobus/bus stations. The room is clean, comfortable and has all amenities you may need. WiFi is fast and stable. All staff is very friendly and helpful. They solve everything quickly.

Special thanks to Ismail, Burhan and Umut for their hospitality and kindness.

Cons:

There is NOTHING that I did not like.

As an improvement area: The room and bathroom has a dim lighting, which i have observed also in my previous stays. It would be better if the illumination would be brighter.
