Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful. The place was clean and close to the airport - which was exactly what I needed between flights. For the price and what I was looking for - it was excellent.

Cons:

It smelled a bit from insect repellent

工作人员不错，我们提前一天把行李寄存在前台，没有收费！后续房间不满意也当场帮忙调换了，半夜空调不制冷，联系前台，前台来回两次，也帮忙清洗了空调出风口

Pros:

Clean and friendly hotel near Surabaya airport. Great for spending the night before taking a bus to Bromo etc. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

Cons:

The WiFi was great in one room, but couldn't connect in our other room

Location is definitely the biggest plus. The hotel sits on the busiest main street near the airport, located right above a supermarket, with tons of dining options just outside the door.
Facilities are fairly basic and rooms are on the small side, but for only 20 USD per night, the value for money is unbeatable. The staff are attentive and helpful. It is an ideal pick for a one‑night transit stay when you arrive or before you fly out.

Pros:

La ubicación cerca del aeropuerto para coger un vuelo pronto es perfecta. Son algo estrictos con la hora de entrada, pero bueno es entendible. Hay restaurantes cerca para comer y cenar. El check out de madrugada es inmediato. Hay grab por la noche de forma rápida para ir al aeropuerto. Cumple de sobra.
