got lamp blinking, so annoying

There was no wifi. When we asked, we were given a SIM card with unlimited internet, but tethering was not possible.

maybe you can consider the checkout time for regular customer , appreciated it !

Super noisy air-cond, dirty bathroom (e.g. yellowish stains on bathtub & toilet bowl, & etc.), musty room
Book 3 days, stay 1 night then check-out on the next day, spend more money & time book another place

Check in was confusing and seemed like they weren’t aware of my arrival. Building security was wondering why I was standing there with my luggage and resident gave me dirty look. Had to wait awkwardly twenty minutes for key. Shower didn’t always seem to have hot water.

I asked in advance if I could checkin early due to a very early flight (around 10 am instead of 15h). They told me that was okay for an additional fee. We agreed upon it and he would deduct it from my deposit as i was leaving for home the next day, which was very kind. A few days in advance we reconfirmed the possibility of the early checkin. When I arrived, the room was occupied and the manager told me to just wait or go to the city until they checked out and apologized (with little understanding because he didnt think it was their fault). I understand that I can't checkin when the room is occupied, that's why I checked in advance. I would have made different arrangements as i'd been travelling since 4 am. So I expected the room to be available. I ended up waiting 3,5 hours in the lobby. (Seats outside in shade with no ventilator or airco)

The room was basic but clean, there were dirty slippers in my room from someone else. Bed was okay, pillows were rock hard. Only blanket was a fleece blanket, which is not very comfortable in this climate. Only one outlet in the room but decent airco. The bathroom was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. I didn't use the rest of the apartment as it wasnt very cozy. It was okay for a short stay but wouldn't want to stay there again.

I found checkout rather stressful as I had to ask for my deposit back. I was told via whatsapp someone would come to the apartment but no specific time. The communication was not optimal. Someone did show up at the time i told the manager i wanted to leave. He rang the doorbell, didn't introduce himself and asked if he could come inside. I got the remainder of the deposit which should have been 71 MYR but I got 70 back. I told him it should be 71 and then he reluctantly gave me the 1 MYR with some excuse that he didn't have change. It honestly doesn't come down to the 1 MYR but it's the principle.

The single room doesn't come with a private bathroom as advertised (careful when you book! Booking.com is informed, will hopefully be removed from online ad). The common rooms were not very clean (kitchen, bathroom). The location is okay; metro is nearby but in the evening the street vibe didn't feel so safe.

It would be much appreciated if there is ironing facilities.
