Pros:

Hotel is located near temple.spacious & comfortable stay.staffs are helpful and friendly. The cleanliness inside the hotel,rooms ,washroom are well maintained.wifi ,heater available..clean drinking water provided.

The hotel is a ground floor building, not suitable for non a/c accommodation which was like a furnace I switched to a/c and owner charged 1800 extra for three days along with accommodation charges of Rs 3780. Blanketsand other amenities supplied after two days.on demand

Fantastic Hotel & Service
Pros:

Great stay in Rameshwaram! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the temple, beaches, and restaurants. Comfortable stay with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rameshwaram.

Cleanliness, new construction.

Cons:

There will be a powercut if you are lucky. A generator is available at the property, if you ask for it. He will simply say wait for 10 to 15 mins. I was disappointed by the way he speaks to me.

Pros:

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The property lacks food facilities and is situated at the far end of the city, making it inconvenient. Since it is a single-story building, the rooms become very hot and stuffy. Keeping the windows open is not a practical option due to the mosquito problem. Overall, my stay was quite disappointing.

Cons:

Staffs are arrogant , owner don't receive's phone call neither revert.
Rooms are dirty no housekeeping is done, these are basic which they are unable to maintain despite calls it hotel, pathetic.

Pros:

There is nothing there to be liked, if there had been an option to give a negative score or marking I would have given that one. Rooms are not like visible in photos l, worst cleaning, Even toilet was used an when asked the staffs, I was told that all cleaning staffs went, and he can't do anything. No parking, bedsheet of Dirty and while asking for changing it, staff told this is the colour of bedsheet.
No care taker, not even provided with drinking water,
No room amenities.
Owner think his property will be booked by unknown and strangers who do not know it. Don't book, and if you book, book at your costs. They won't listen to anything no matter how much you sought. They don't bother at all.
