Einfach perfekt!
Pros:

This beautiful little colonial-style hotel truly deserves the title of "boutique" hotel! Tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, spacious rooms with modern bathrooms, superb breakfast prepared with care and of the highest quality. And the best part was my 90-minute massage before my flight home. The masseuse, Anne, is a true professional; it was the best massage I've ever had! Thank you!

Pros:

Lovely place, excellent garden and pool area with lots of varied, comfortable and semi-private seating for relaxing. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are nice. Breakfast has a good range of the basics.

Cons:

Some of the rooms face onto busy walkways / communal areas. Our rooms were on the bottom floor with fairly limited natural light.

Good business hotel
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Belvedere Hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, making the experience feel personal and relaxed. The breakfast was a daily highlight — fresh, generous, and delicious. The location is ideal: quiet yet central, with great access to jogging routes. I especially enjoyed early morning runs up the hills to the Avis Dam lookout — challenging but rewarding with stunning views. The area nearby is quite hilly, so bring your running shoes if you're active. A perfect blend of comfort, location, and hospitality. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travellers. I’ll definitely return.

Relaxing and charming place
Pros:

We had a great time; and it offered everything we needed on our first day in Namibia after a long flight. Nice swimming pool, safe parking spot, good breakfast, clean neighbourhood.

Magnifique établissement sur les hauteurs de la ville.
Personnel parfait, serviable et à l'écoute
Belles chambres avec toutes les commodités et les espaces communs sont magnifiques, décorés avec beaucoup de goût.
Grand frigo, machine à café et bar à disposition en self.
Très bon petit déjeuné

Cons:

S'il devait y avoir un seul petit point, qui mérite peut-être réflexion, c'est qu'il s'agit plutôt, à mon avis, d'un B&B qu'un hôtel puisque l'établissement ne dispose pas d'un restaurant. (même si on sait se faire livrer des plats de l'extérieur.)

Cons:

No water backup system. Most of my stay was characterized by water outages. Also, for a hotel, the TV is small and old with only a few channels. A smart TV or smart box would've been nice
