Pros:

いつも素敵なお部屋でゆっくり出来てありがたいです。お料理はほんと美味しかったです。シェフが変わったかも‥。

Cons:

５年くらい続けて利用させて頂いているのですが、チェックインのときに「こちらははじめてですか？」と聞かれて‥お帰りなさいって感じではありませんでした。まあそんなもんか‥。

一人旅でしたが、窓際で真っ暗で何も見えない外に向かっての席は辛かったです。放って置かれる感じかも‥。

魂のデトックス
Pros:

雪景色、星座、野鳥、八ヶ岳連峰の勇姿。全て満喫しました。
二十年以上通い続けています。
食事も２泊目の内容変更のホスピタリテイー。
館内に流れている静かで豊かな時間。

Cons:

昔のように「スタンプラリー」があればもっと来れるのに。。。

A quiet hotel in the forest
Pros:

My family and I went there to have a short vacation during our long weekend holiday. The surroundings were quiet and beautiful. I saw some deer during my morning walk in the forest. The skies looked amazing at night. If you are tired of the hustle and bustle in the city, it’s a great place to get yourself refreshed. Hope we have a chance to visit there again.

Cons:

There is still a room to improve the quantity and quality for dinner. Each person in our group had a course for dinner, but my teen had to go to the gift shop to grab some snacks and instant noodles right after dinner.

二度と行きません
Cons:

部屋に虫が多すぎ。コーヒーを飲もうとしたら中にカメムシが浮いていた。ベッドサイドにもう1匹いて虫苦手な娘はソファに移動して寝た。目を離したお茶のコップにはハチが浮いており、風呂場にいたてんとう虫も合わせると4匹。怖くて飲み物が飲めない。フロントに言ったのだけど、この時期は虫が多いので、だけ。せめて殺虫剤のスプレーがおいてあるとか、虫除け剤などで何かしてくれたらと思うが説明も謝罪もなし。日本のホテルと思えない不親切。
飲み物に虫がいるのが気持ち悪すぎて家に帰った今も飲む前に中を確認している。

居心地良かったー
Pros:

ホテル内が20年以上前と同じ景色で嬉しかった
スタッフの方から何度かお声がけも頂き、違和感を感じる事も一度もなかった

Cons:

床が一部平らではなかった
当時売店で販売されていたガーリックトーストを期待していました

佇まいや暖炉の火が素敵
渡り廊下、通路は絵画や陶器や作家さん達の展示ギャラリーの様で楽しませて頂きました

ディナーも過不足無く美味しく全部残さず頂きました

お散歩ルートも良かったです
