Cheating by Fabhotel / Booking.com
Pros:

It's not about property but the FabHotel / Booking.com. my previous booking was cancelled for no reasons despite I having paid and forcing me to book another room at much higher price. No one from Fabhotel/booking.com is responsive. It's worst case of customer servicing that could also amount to cheating the customer....hope someone will look into my case. Thanks

Avoid FabHotels chain, they give false images of hotels online & take no responsibility .
Cons:

1) FabHotel Athithi lied about the condition of their hotel, its under renovation and nothing like the images. Entire ground and first floor was under renovation & inaccessible. Photos of reception do not show that it is actually in the basement, next to parked vehicles.

2) When I arrived at 1:30am at night, there was nobody at the reception, the whole hotel was open, I went on terrace to find the reception boy named Mr. Laxman. (I had informed hotel via messages that I will arrive late, the hotel staff had no idea of late my check-in)

3) They did not have my room reserved. Mr. laxman from reception said he cannot see a room reserved in his system, even when I paid the Rs 1653 to reserve the room via a link that hotel gave in Booking messages.
I was given a temporary room, where me and wife adjusted until the morning when we were given a double room.

Hotel staff blatantly denied that they have been lying to customers by giving false images online. Also refused to give money compensation.

Pros:

Solid stay, was a recommended hotel by the music festival I was attending. Very clean, staff helpful

Cons:

Shower had some issues but it was okay just used bucket instead.

Pros:

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Rooms were clean, spacious, and fresh. Bathrooms
are good with proper fittings. Though door latch to bathroom needs bit of attention, sometinmes lock got stuck. Since there was renovation going on, I was initially shocked to see the exteriors. Inside rooms its good. FOOD Was good , present dining area is?aake agift place .
