Excelente servicio

I had trouble checking in; I was on hold for over an hour because my reservation couldn't be found.
The first night was horrible because the power went out and came back every 5 minutes for several hours.
The pool was excellent, the food was very good, and the room price was reasonable.
The property is a bit run down compared to my previous visits.
I hope the room is in better condition and has a toaster when they return.

It excellent very clean comfortable love it I will come back again but it would of be great if the rooms would have a tv

we was 8 days 7 nights, we sleep well only 2 nights the athar 5 nights we did not sleep because workers was doing work in the roof with jackhammer was horrible we couldn't stay in the apartment after 8 am very bad experience, I bring my attention to the workers they never stop, I speak very good Spanish, the property manager never show up, they never clean the apartment no even ask if we need something, staff very poor manner, the apartment full cockroach , very bad experience i will never recommend

My stay at Aparta Hotel Montevista was great, the staff was nice, respectful and very helpful. The check in and check out was a relatively easy process.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The workers make sure that it's always at its best and any issues you may have are fixed right away. They take their tenant seriously.

It's a little removed from everything, there's no restaurants and supermarket close by but you can always order via Komida, there's a convenience store onsite which has the basics for your immediate need.

I would totally recommend it to anyone and would certainly go back if I ever choose to visit Sosua again.

It's a beautiful place, but it can be much better. The bathroom sink smelled like sewer. That made the whole apartment stinky. The fridge did not work. They promised they would sent someone to fix it, but nobody came. The pool was alawsy full of bugs, leafs and other stuff.

Appartement très agréable et bien placé dans la résidence. Il faut juste savoir qu’il vaut mieux avoir son propre véhicule pour pouvoir s’y rendre et aller visiter car excentré de la ville.
La résidence est magnifique avec une énorme piscine peu fréquentée qui donne l’impression qu’on est seuls pour profiter de cette belle infrastructure, par contre ne pas s’attendre à des miracles au restaurant et au bar qui n’ont pas forcément tout ce qui est affiché sur la carte…
Nous y sommes restés deux nuits en étape durant notre road trip et avons beaucoup apprécié.
Petit bémol sur le bruit dégagé par le hall d’accueil qui donne sur l’appartement via les fenêtres d’une chambre et de la salle de bain qui peut être bruyant selon les soirs à cause de la résonance du Hall et du billard qui est à disposition pour les résidents…
Bonne communication avec les propriétaires qui sont réactifs.

Everything was terrible they overcharge for everything you must really watch out because they've charged me for things that were broken that I did not have anything to do with but they said since I was there I had to pay

Taxis to and from the property will try and overcharge you by 2, 3 and 4 times what it's worth. You are told that Uber's do not service the hotel but, they do.🤔

Loved the location loved the price and the staff was great any information you need the staff was helpfull the lady that worked the afternoon shift was great

El lugar muy limpio, cumplió mucho más de mis expectativas. La piscina súper grande y limpia, el servicio del bar de primera.
Mi única queja es que el último día y noche nos quedamos sin agua en todo el apartamento y lo reportamos a la recepción pero no se resolvió y al final solo había agua en el lava manos. Las toallas limpias y la cocina igual muy bien organizado todo.
Volvería a quedarme allí el precio es bastante cómodo pero resuelvan el problema del agua más rápido si sigue sucediendo.

Han mejorado mucho. La habitación nueva estuvo impecable. La piscina nítida como siempre.
