Worst experience, they tried to scam me.
Cons:

The hotel declined to provide me room stating the hotel is full despite a very prior booking and complete advance payment, and trying to force me to shift in an associated cheap hotel.
No any services and rude staff and manager..

Excellent stay, wonderful staff, great food, very clean - value for money.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The staff was very helpful and courteous, always went beyond and above to keep us happy.

Cons:

The only problem is the sound from the lift- extremely disturbing especially during nighttime.

For the purpose of our stay and price paid it was good value for our money

Location close to the airport. Found it very clean and the food too was good.

The night manager was magnificent and most helpful and went out of his way to help when his shift finished

Good hotel and superb service
Pros:

Good clean place with excellent service and courteous staff. We stayed here for just one night but found the place and staff really good.. they arranged airport pick and drop, had the dinner ready by the team we reached there and also got us some food packed next day. Really good experience. thank you.

Cons:

There is nothing outside to see.. it's on a very congested road and with rains the accessibility is a concern.
