Good stay
Pros:

The room was nice and clean. The stuff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It is noisy outside, but is it normal as it is an Old Town, and there is a lot of traffic. However , the hotel is located in the nice spot. Everything is close.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and spacious. And the buffet excellent. 10/10. Would recommend as the best place to stay in Hanoi!

Great little hotel in central spot.
Pros:

Very friendly helpful staff, great location and quiet despite being in the middle of things. Large comfortable bed , good shower and super clean.

Cons:

The room was quite small so not much room for suitcases but we managed fine.

Pros:

Facilities and staff were great - amazing value for money. Staff were so kind and accommodating. Only stayed here for 1 night on a whim as we got food poisoning and had to change our plans, but would definitely recommend staying here longer!

Nice hotel, if you’re looking to stay for a couple nights.
Pros:

Staff were friendly Hotel is in a fantastic central walkable location. Rooms are compact and cosy, comfortable and clean. Great value.

Cons:

Room had no window, it had small weird blocked off space. also bathroom was compact and bathroom vanity sink was located within the room outside of bathroom. Also room did not have fridge, so buying drinks or storing any food items which needed cooling was not possible.

We had a brilliant stay at the hotel, couldn’t recommend enough if you are visiting Hanoi!
Pros:

The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, right in the centre of everything and walking distant to a lot of major sights! The staff were exceptional, all so friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay. The rooms were lovely and clean, the shower was huge and we had lots of space which was definitely a plus!

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect!

Pros:

L'albergo si trovava in ottima posizione, la camera era ampia e dotata di un terrazzino privato. La Colazione era ottima, oltre al buffet era possibile ordinare dei piatti espressi come pancake, omelette e pho. Lo staff è sempre disponibile.

Speriamo di ritornare presto!!
