Sie sollten niemals das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss akzeptieren. Dieses ist auf Grund der Nähe zur Rezeption viel zu laut und eine zeitigen Bettruhe ist unmöglich.

Pros:

I really enjoyed staying at the carillon boutique hotel, because it was right in the center of everything especially the night market that’s held on the weekends. Which allowed everything to be very walkable, the staff was very nice and attentive, they allowed me to keep my luggage even after check out of the hotel as I explored the city on my last day. They provided a pick up and drop off service to and from the airport which was so amazing, it really helped feel relaxed and less stressful trying to find a taxi. I would definitely book again in the future

Wonderful hotel, soft bed, great location, accurate reviews
Pros:

The bed is nice and soft, very comfortable to sleep in.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The location was good, close enough to walk everywhere (10 minutes to hoan kiem lake) but not chaotic and noisy.
The windows did a great job and cutting all the street noise out.
The shower pressure is very good. Hot water instantly and a lot of it.

I spent a lot of time looking for hotels in Hanoi which was definitely stressful, learning how many reviews are fake or old. This hotel was accurately described and accurately reviewed. I would strongly recommend staying here.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was not kept hot, which was a little off putting (can easily be fixed by checking the food heater). But the à la carte omelette/pancakes was good.

Room much space to put suitcases on, but hotel were accommodating and put in addition stools.

Location is perfect. The stuff was very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious.

Cons:

Little bit pricy if one wants to have rooms with windows. Breakfast area is a bit small, sometimes guests had to wait for tables.
